The River Restaurant At The Lowry Hotel
It’s all going on at The River Restaurant, where they serve breakfast, afternoon tea, Sunday lunch and dinner. The configuration of the private dining room allows for privacy, whether it be an intimate tete-a-tete or larger party. The à la carte menu has been devised around the best local and seasonal produce. An additional three-course menu changes each month following the seasonal bounty and is just £24.95 for a three courses dinner except Saturday Evening, while their popular Sunday lunch menu is £22.50 per person for three courses and is always accompanied by live music.

The River Bar encapsulates The Lowry Hotel’s fun-loving spirit at the confluence of city life. Here you’ll find in the intimate, informal surroundings a quiet place to network, drink and kick-back with a perfectly mixed cocktail, club sandwich, salad, or more substantial dish from our grill. The cosy Library is tucked away at one end. Open until late, this is a place to enjoy our signature Lowry Hotel cocktail Trinity Bridge which includes a shot of Champagne — or an indulgent after-dinner Cognac.

Among The Lowry Hotel’s best-loved features is its Private Dining Room, suitable for up to 24, with access to the top end of The Terrace for pre or post-event drinks. A private dining booking also books out The Library on an exclusive basis for drinks which makes the Lowry a popular for family occasions through to formal business dinners. Their afternoon tea includes finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and strawberry preserve, pastries and dainty fancies washed down with teas, infusions or Champagne.

Traditional Afternoon tea is £22.50 per person or with Champagne, a Bellini or a G&T for £33.00 per person.

They also offer a child friendly version priced at £12.50 with a selection of sandwiches followed by sweet treats which include Homemade Candy Floss, Double Chocolate Brownie and Warm Doughnuts in Cinnamon Sugar.
