Named after the year in which the Bridgewater Canal opened, 1761 is an independent British restaurant passionate about fresh, seasonal and locally sourced British food.
The restaurant pays homage to Manchester’s great past. Drawing inspiration from the Industrial revolution and that warm Mancunian spirit which it so notably represents.
1761 offers fantastic British cuisine whilst being served by a caring passionate team in a beautiful and comfortable environment.
After dinner why not head down to Lily’s bar, home to Not Strictly Drag at weekends, and enjoy a cocktail or a glass of champagne.
