The menu features elegant dishes such as the delicate Tuna Sashimi Flower, featuring Nori, sesame, and wasabi mayo or savour the aromatic Red Snapper Tom Yum, infused with lemongrass and kaffir lime. Satay Beef Ribeye served with a papaya and tomato salad is set to be a firm favourite amongst guests. And, not to be missed is the fragrant Miso Glazed Chicken marinated in a miso glaze, accompanied by crispy leeks and tender hispi cabbage.

Tattu has added a new vegan dish to their menu too - the Mongolian Mock Beef, which is bursting with flavours of sesame, soy, and peppers.

And of course, no meal is complete without a sweet ending. The Phoenix Nest is a playful dessert with peanut butter fudge, honeycomb, fluffy marshmallow, and delicate edible flowers that pay homage to the blooms around you.

Tattu's skilled mixologists will also be serving up a limited edition Ruby Rose cocktail. This exquisite cocktail features the delicate notes of cherry blossom Everleaf Mountain and yuzu, perfectly complemented by the effervescence of Laurent-Perrier Rosé.
