independent south east Asian restaurant on the edge of Ancoats

hosts Manchester's only Malaysian cookery school where, under
the guidance of Head Chef Norman Musa, you can experience the
passion and diversity of Malaysian cuisine, hands on. |
| Catering for both Vegetarian and non-Vegetarian, beginners and experts alike, Chef Norman is hosting a brand-new series of masterclasses in 2012. A UK first, he will be focussing on different aspects of Malaysian cuisine from very popular street food classes to 'Nyonya' cuisine a unique fusion of Malay and Chinese flavours |
| Typically starting at 10am on a Saturday morning, each masterclass is fully hands on and due popular demand now includes everything from scratch. Guests enjoy a meal of what they have cooked and are awarded a certificate, recipe cards and other information to take away. |
| Ning also now features a restaurant shop from where you can purchase essential, hard-to-come-by ingredients and Chef Norman's book at an exclusive rate. |
