Sweet Mandarin is an award winning restaurant set up in 2004 by 3 sisters, Lisa, Helen and Janet Tse. They build the restaurant from scratch in 4 weeks under the beady eye of ITV Granada. The concept of Sweet Mandarin is a casual dining restaurant serving authentic modern Chinese cuisine and exotic cocktails.
