The restaurant takes its name from the cut of steak they serve. The "Featheblade" is cut from the shoulder blade of the animal; it has a distinctive feather-like tissue running through it which packs the cut with a lot of sweet flavour. The meat is chargrilled over open flame for a rich smokey flavour method whilst ensuring that each 8 Oz Featherblade steak is perfectly cooked.
