Following weeks of suspense Manchester’s new fine dining restaurant and bar has opened its doors to the public.
The restaurant is headed up by Curtis Stewart and the menu has been described as modern British cuisine, with European influences. Daily service will flow throughout the day with lunch from 12 noon until 2.30pm, afternoon tea between 3pm and 5pm and evening service will be from 6.30pm until 9.30pm.
The sixty cover first floor dining room also boasts a private dining area seating up to 21.
On the ground floor of Quill is the cocktail bar and terrace. It boasts a cocktail list inspired by the idea of the quill. The bar team devised the list combining historical elements of penmanship, quills and scribes to create theatre and bring alive the drinks which compliment the core flavours from the food menu. Quill’s signature Crow is used in the elaborate cocktail sharer The Crows Nest.
The bar at Quill will be open Sunday to Thursday from 12pm until 12am, Friday to Saturday from 12pm until 2.30am. The restaurant will serve lunch from 12 noon until 2.30pm, afternoon tea between 3 and 5pm and evening service will be from 6.30 until 9.30pm. |
