Bask In The Afternoon Sun - Welcome to a light-filled world of flavours and sensations split over two levels.
By day, guests arrive at a ground floor space illuminated in yellows and light-browns, hanging barley nodding to age-old agricultural practices that gave Greece the gift of its cuisine.
Walls and ceiling charred by the fires of inspiration, a staircase sculpted around a 25-foot olive tree climbs to our upper restaurant. There, natural creams, tans, and a double-height cliff face represent the firebird’s legendary rise and rebirth.

Ignite The Flames Of The Golden Hour - As sun falls evening light takes on new tones.
Arriving into the Fenix’s nest, warm ambers, rich crimsons and soft pinks create a mesmerising atmosphere on their ground floor, marking that precious time just before night, when the day transforms into something new.

Transformed by twilight, for moonrise the lower level of their culinary temple is bathed in purples, blues, and crystalline silvers.
Invoking the sophisticated nightlife institutions that have come to define the Cyclades after dusk, resident and guest DJs provide the soundtrack as light shows capture the imagination. Free yourself from inhibitions at our exclusive moonlit party and extend the evening into the early hours.

Sunset Cove Private Dining - seating up to 18 guests on one table or 26 guests across two tables. Perfect for your large group celebrations
Restaurant Large Party - tables of 8 up to 70 where you can experience their sharing-style menu, inviting you to explore the rich and diverse flavours of Greece and the Mediterraneany.
The Nest Bar - can host 50 guests in a semi-private space for a standing reception with drinks and canapés.
Full Venue Hire - each floor can be hired exclusively holding up to 160 guests seated for dinner, or 180 - 300 guests for a standing drinks & canapé event - whether that be The Nest Bar, Main Restaurant, or whole complex.

Moonlight Dining Club
Moonlight dining is a energetic and vibrant culinary experience hosted in the atmospheric nest of the Fenix.
From 10.00pm downstairs transforms into the Moonlight Dining Club. Running into the early hours, indulge in stunning dishes and spectacular cocktails as plates smash and napkins swing in true Aegean style. An after dark celebration of music, energy and hedonism.

Lamb Leg En Clave is one of their most iconic and captivating creations — succulent slow roast meat brought to your table in clay, which is then cracked open with a golden hammer and carved. This rustic dish is now the centrepiece of their new weekly roast dinner, served with traditional Greek trimmings.
Inspired by the childhood memories of celebrated Head Chef Zisis Giannouras, Fenix invites family and friends to come together and enjoy unrushed food against the timeless backdrop of their Grecian culinary temple.

The Fenix open kitchen centres around a large traditional charcoal grill where Greek dishes are flamed live in front of customer’s eyes.
This special area is held exclusively for walk in customers, so even if bookings are full online, counter seats will be available on a first come first serve basis
