SAFFRAN Manchester
Jay Jamchi opened the first SAFFRAN restaurant in Glæsibær, Iceland, back in 2009 before opening two more in Iceland as well as a branch in Orlando, Florida.
Now, the award winning casual restaurant has opened its first UK outlet in the Great Hall at The Trafford Centre, Manchester.
What makes SAFFRAN different is all meals are 100% healthy while they still serve burgers, pizzas, Tandoori chicken dishes and more.
Well, you ask, how do they do it? The answer is in the ingredients and the way they cook it. All made delicious with the natural herbs, spices and flavours of the world.
Even the desserts are sugar free.
All cooking methods are true to the principle of staying healthy while adding something different to the taste experience.

SAFFRAN's Master Chef has travelled the culinary globe and found amazing natural flavours, herbs, and spices to give their menu its amazing tastes.
Jay Jamchi believes people will only eat healthy if you offer them something that tastes better than the bad foods they currently eat.
