| "Recently, whilst doing our bank accounts, we noticed that we seem to have a rather large collection of receipts from The Alchemist. And it's fair to say we've reviewed it more than anywhere else in town over its various guises. |
| "Without doubt, one of, if not the best cocktail bar in town, it also doubles up perfectly as an eatery. We've enjoyed the choice of excellent British, American and Continental breakfasts while catching up with e-mails on their free WiFi. |
