Grado
Manchester |
Grado
is a modern stylish Spanish Tapas restaurant in the heart
of Manchester, offering an eclectic mix of regional and new
wave Spanish food. |
Inspiration
for the tapas focused menu has come principally from San Sebastian
- the tapas centre of the country. |
Grado
provides that special something with lots of unusual dishes
but plenty of favourites that you will recognise. |
The
120 bin wine list has many wines available by the glass and
contains some Spanish gems. |
Grado,
which has 80 covers, provides customers with the opportunity
to watch the chefs as they prepare the food with an open kitchen
design. |
Open
all day, Grado serves tapas, hams, paellas, spit roast meat,
grilled fish and clay baked flatbreads in a smart, casual
& modern environment with an atmospheric theatre style
kitchen. |
Tapas
is available both in the stunning restaurant itself and at
the bar, cooked directly in front of you as you sip a cocktail
or one of the many Spanish beers. |
The
menu at Grado has six tapas sections and there is a an a la
carte menu to choose from too if you so desire with feature
Paella dishes amongst other dishes such as Tuna a la plancha,
whole baked sea bream, slow cooked shoulder of lamb and suckling
pig. |
