Vapiano is a laid back Italian restaurant, their Manchester location was the first UK restaurant the much loved global brand opened outside of London.
They make the ultimate handmade fresh pasta daily along with sourdough pizza, insalata and risotto. You can customise every pasta, risotto and pizza dish. Extra chilli? Sure. No Garlic? No problem.
The 400 cover restaurant spans two floors and boasts a 100-year-old olive tree and fresh live herbs on the tables. It also offers Manchester’s diners a unique concept as the restaurant has open kitchens so you can see the chefs cooking everything fresh when ordered. Order from your phone using the QR code or app, sit back, relax and wait for your meal to arrive.
Vapiano are open daily for eat-in, take away, click and collect, plus Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
No bookings, just walk in when you're hungry.
Vegan, vegetarian and halal options too.

PIZZA – It starts life as a humble ball. But as soon someone orders a pizza, it only takes seconds for a Vapianisti to transform the dough into a wonderful sourdough base
PASTA – Is made fresh in all Vapiano restaurants every day, choose from 6 different shapes – long, short or inbetween
HALAL – Although much of the menu is halal suitable, they are not officially a certified Halal. Vapiano do have controls and procedures in place to prevent cross contamination from allergens and raw to cooked products, but they cannot guarantee that halal ingredients have not been handled or stored with non halal ingredients. Unfortunately, they are not able to offer halal cheese at this moment. Ask the team for recommendations if you are unsure on what to choose.
VEGAN – Although the menu changes from time to time, you will be able to spot what is Vegan as it’s marked with VE on the menu. Always ask a member of the team if you are not certain, as they will be able to assist you with any dietary requirement. The Vegan Bolognese with Future Farm mince is popular amongst Vaps fans
GLUTEN FREE – Unfortunately, due to the nature of their operations Vapiano do not offer a gluten free menu. There is select dishes such as risotto or insalata which is made without gluten, but they have not had their operations certified as gluten free. Although they take all reasonable precautions to prevent gluten contamination, they cannot guarantee its complete absence.
