Pizza Hut Restaurant White City Manchester - reader comments

"We came in on Friday lunch during our lunch hour, expecting it to be a bit busy. We were shown to our seat and had to wait 15 minutes for our order to be taken, and told it would be a further 15 minutes until we got our food. About 25 mins later we were told the kitchen was busy doing take away orders, so customers eating in were neglected and the buffet table was constantly empty. By the time our pizza arrived we had to go back to work, so had to have a takeaway. We got our drinks knocked off the bill as we couldn't have them with our meal and as we left many more customers were demanding money off their bill, as the service was so poor. Lots of people come into Pizza Hut on their lunch hour for a buffet as it is quick and easy but there were never any pizzas on there, making it a total waste of time. As for our pizza, we ordered a large between us but when it came it was only a medium.
