"The food at Zaika was tasty, with both me and my wife enjoying our dishes. The price was reasonable and we were happy to pay what we did for the food we ordered. The decor was fine, however they seemed to cram a lot of bookings in, which made the ambience quite hectic and loud. The service however was really bad, which meant me and my wife had to rush our food. We were seated at 8pm and had managed to get a waiter's attention to order our food within 10 minutes. After I had enquired about the delay in our food, it finally arrived at 9pm, with no rice for an extra 5 mins. We had booked a film for 9.20pm (at the AMC cinema across the road), which is why we had chosen this restaurant. We even had to ask for the bill on 3 occasions and I had to stress we were running late before it arrived. The waiter did advise that they were busy, however they should staff accordingly to the number of bookings they have - this is not really a good enough excuse. It's a shame the service was so bad, as the food was nice and the price reasonable. We will not be returning however." -
