Using James’ original scone recipe and the freshest ingredients, their own homemade jam, re-worked sticky toffee pudding éclairs, roasted Redhill Farm ham, salt-cured and spiced Cumbrian beef pastrami, and hot-smoked Scottish salmon, all pastries and breads are hand crafted by the talented members of the kitchen team, led by Head Chef Doug Crampton, who have drawn on classic James Martin recipes to create this wonderful tea.
